Learning is an ongoing process that never ends. Throughout the day, new things are acquired through seminars, books, experience, friends, the internet, media, and many other sources. However, it remains unclear how many of us actually apply what we have learned in practice to evaluate its usefulness. This can be attributed to various reasons. We are all either deeply involved in our careers or occupied with personal matters. Furthermore, we forget what we have learned within just a few days. As a consequence, when we attempt to implement the newly acquired skills, we are unsure of what to do since we already have forgotten what we learned.
However, learning must never be compromised. It is imperative that we devote some time to work on the learning process. If we fail to do so, it is impossible for us to fully utilize the time we have invested in learning new skills.
“As rightly said, TIME is PRECIOUS, so also LEARNING”
In order to overcome this issue, I infused new energy into the training process. I design my training programs keeping in mind individuals' work & personal lives as well as the constraints of time. I incorporate interesting facts and storytelling into all of the training programs I offer. As a result, you will retain the information of the seminar more easily and will not forget the main points of the seminar.
It is my belief that mind, body, and spirit are integral components of an individual's life and provide unique value in their lives. I am extremely active in providing outreach and educational resources as well as soft skills for schools and colleges. Frequently, I offer workshops and presentations on topics including pre-marital education, marriage enrichment, parenting skill building, blended families, and career assessment. Throughout my career, I have learned how critical it is for individuals to have healthy relationships for their health and well-being. The focus of my work is on helping individuals and families establish supportive, healthy relationships.
The opportunity to pursue a career I'm so inspired by has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. As a psychologist, my life's work is both rewarding and humbling. I have worked with individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), couples, as well as community groups and organizations. My philosophy of work emphasizes a profound understanding of oneself as an important element of mental and emotional health. The discussion usually involves exploring thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships, along with cultural factors and past experiences.
All of the titles that I have been assigned are simply tags because I consider myself to be a student who is constantly learning new things.
“Be picky with who you invest your time in, wasted time is worse than wasted money.”
